Shucos
Shucos is the Guatemalan name for a hot dog, but what sets them apart from their American cousin is the heaps of unusual toppings. These have to be the tastiest hot dogs I have ever eaten! Lockie and Hayley tuck into a couple of these dirty bad boys in A Rogue Gunn.

Ingredients:
- Submarine rolls
- Wiener sausages (or your prefered dog)
- Avocado (remove from skin and mash)

Toppings!!
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Grated cheese
- American mustard
- Hot sauce
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise

Instructions:
1) Toast the submarine rolls in a dry frying pan, or add a little butter if you like to make them even richer.
2) Cook the wiener sausages however you like (BBQ, grill, frying pan, or boil if you are feeling savage).
3) Spread mashed avocado onto the buns.
4) Place wiener sausages in the buns.
5) Go mad and add all of the toppings you like.
